Personal Styling

Get dressed like yourself. Just better.

Whether you're feeling stuck in a style rut, staring at a closet full of clothes with nothing to wear, or simply trying to figure out what your personal style actually is, we'll work through it together.

My sessions aren't about throwing everything away and starting over. They're about uncovering what's already working, finding new ways to wear what you own, and building a wardrobe that feels more like you. The goal is to make getting dressed easier, more creative, and a lot more fun.

HOW I CAN HELP

Maybe you have plenty of clothes but somehow nothing to wear. Maybe your life, body, job, or taste has changed and your wardrobe hasn’t caught up. Maybe you know what you like when you see it, but have trouble translating that into an outfit.

Or maybe you just want someone to come over and tell you what the hell to do with your closet.

That’s where I come in.

Styling appointments can include:

  • Closet edits and wardrobe clean-outs

  • Outfit building with clothes you already own

  • Identifying the silhouettes, proportions, and combinations that work for you

  • Figuring out what’s missing from your wardrobe

  • Styling specific pieces you can’t figure out how to wear

  • Work, event, travel, or everyday dressing

  • Shopping recommendations

  • Developing a clearer sense of your personal style

There are no prescribed aesthetics and no list of things you “should” own. The goal is to make your wardrobe work harder for you.

HOW IT WORKS

01. THE QUESTIONNAIRE

Before we meet, I’ll send you a questionnaire about your wardrobe, your life, what you wear, what you don’t wear, what you’re drawn to, and where you feel stuck.

02. THE APPOINTMENT

We meet either in person in NYC/Brooklyn or virtually.

This is the fun part. We go through your wardrobe, try things on, make outfits, talk proportions and silhouettes, identify what’s working and what isn’t, and figure out where the gaps are.

You can book as little as 30 minutes or as much time as you need. For a more substantial closet session, I generally recommend starting with two hours.

03. THE FOLLOW-UP

You leave with a much clearer idea of what you own, what works together, and what you actually need.

If you'd like more help afterward, I can also create a personalized shopping and styling packet with pieces selected specifically for you and ideas for how to wear them.

STYLING APPOINTMENTS

30 minutes — $100
1 hour — $200
1.5 hours — $300
2 hours — $400

and so on…

In-person appointments in NYC/Brooklyn are an additional $150.

Not sure how much time you need? Tell me what you’re hoping to accomplish when you inquire, and I’ll help you figure it out.

PERSONALIZED SHOPPING + STYLING PACKET

$250–$550

For clients who want help filling the gaps we uncover during their appointment, I offer an optional personalized shopping and styling packet, customized to what you need.

This isn’t a generic shopping list. I research specific pieces for you, taking into account your wardrobe, sizing, budget, lifestyle, and everything we discussed during our session.

Your packet can range from a more focused edit to a comprehensive wardrobe guide, and may include clothing, shoes, accessories, outfit ideas, styling notes, and easy formulas for putting everything together.

Pricing depends on the scope of the packet and how much we’re looking for. Delivered within 15 days of your appointment.

MY APPROACH TO GETTING DRESSED

I spent more than fifteen years working across fashion editorial, styling, and brand marketing, including six years as Market Editor at Man Repeller and six years in marketing and creative at Kule.

But my styling philosophy comes as much from being obsessed with getting dressed as it does from working in fashion.

I developed my Silhouette System® and other styling frameworks because I think understanding why an outfit works is infinitely more useful than being handed a list of things to buy.

I’m interested in proportion. Repetition. The things you wear over and over. The thing in your closet that makes everything else more interesting. And finding ways to make getting dressed feel fun rather than like another thing you’re supposed to be good at.

I write about all of this (and plenty of other things) in my newsletter, The Corner Booth.

LET’S GET DRESSED

Whether you need a complete closet overhaul or just an hour to figure out why the hell none of your pants seem to work anymore, I’d love to help.
